It’s been about 4 years since I became a vegetarian and I’ve gotten a little more adventurous with my meat alternatives with each passing year- right now I’m pretty obsessed with cauliflower and portabella mushrooms. I’ve always loved cooking, but I’ve also always hated following recipes. I like to think measuring slows me down and interrupts my creative brilliance, or something like that…  While that means that on occasion I totally botch a dish, most of the time I’m pretty happy with my creations.
