There are occasions in lifestyle when I often crave one thing greasy even even though I know fried foods= undesirable. So, I have taken to baking some of my favorite fried food items like the onion ring or the cauliflower.
But you know what? At times that just doesn’t minimize it.
Sometimes I need the actual thing. Golden brown and crispy on the outside with deliciousness on the inside. I was skeptical about fried green beans but so many places around right here serve them.
So, I breaded, breaded once more, heated up some canola oil, and fried away.
And boy, did that hit the spot…
