  • two (five ounce) ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/four teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/two tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • one teaspoon entire peppercorns
  • Include all components to record
  • Add all elements to record

  1. Season the tuna steaks with salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet above medium-large heat. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they soften and pop, about five minutes. Gently location the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to wanted doneness, 1 one/2 minutes per side for uncommon.
