  • 1 onion, diced
  • one cup vodka
  • two (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 pint hefty cream

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion in butter until finally slightly brown and soft. Pour in vodka and allow cook for ten minutes. Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Pour in hefty cream and cook for another thirty minutes.
